How do I do a bank investigation?

someone at my bank has been stealing from my checking account the last nine years. it is extreamly hard to reconcile my account because he steals between the days that are dropped off between statements. i have showed this to them before several yrs ago but they just said that it would be a big ordeal to get the bank books out going back all the years.. i asked a psychic and she gave a discription of the guy and sure enough there is a guy at my bank that looks just like him. How do I go about this investigation without tipping him off?

Pokemon Heart Gold Elite Four?

I'm getting destroyed by the Elite Four right now. My team is as follows:
Lvl 38 Gyrados with Aqua Tail, Dragon Rage, Surf, and Waterfall
Lvl 38 Pidgeot with Fly, Pluck, Roost, and Wing Attack
Lvl 49 Cyndaquil with Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Eruption, and Swift
Lvl 50 Gengar with Shadow Punch, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, and Psychic
Lvl 35 Graveler with Strength, Earthquake, Rock Throw, and Rock Smash
Lvl 30 Dratini with Extreme Speed, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rage, and Agility

I beat the Elite Four fine, but when I get to Lance he just takes out my whole team with Outrage. Any tips on improvement other than to level them up to 60?
I'm training the dratini with the elite four and an exp share, figured it would help level faster. went up 10 levels. should i keep doing that and not using items so i can level up by training against the elite four?
I have a level 25 Lapras, should I level him up and use him for the elite four with a hail/blizzard combo instead of my dratini? My lapras knows avalanche, ice shard, water pulse, and body slam.
And I traded my lvl 45 ho-oh for a lvl 50 gengar, was that a bad decision? should i trade the gengar for someone else?
I was going to get soul silver also, should i get that now, and trade my pokemon from there to make this team stronger?
ANd i was going to get a sinnoh game (i had pearl but lost it) should i get platinum or diamond? diamond would be cheaper, but platinum would have a ton more pokemon.

Unknown you guys may think that trading ho-oh was bad, but it wasn't really; for me
At least. I already had a strong fire type, and lugia is much better in my opinion. If I traded a lugia with hydro pump, then it'd be bad. Fire blast is something you can buy at the golden rod store.
And I've decided to use my dratini instead of an ice type. I will level it up to 55, when it learns its final move and then I'll use rare candies to evolve it into dragonite.
And I didn't evolve my cyndaqyuil cause I'm going to train it to 49 when it learns eruption, then I'll evolve it into typhlosian with a rare candy. I'm training right Now with my pokemon in victory road :)
And hail/blizzard combo means blizzard has 100% accuracy so it's way more powerful, and just as accurate haha. :)

Pokemon Soul Silver Team Building help?

This is for all you guys out there who are good with team building. : D

For all the years I've played pokemon, i haven't really worried about what my team consists of, just as long as they're at a strong enough level to defeat whoever i'm battling. lately though i've been worried about my team, it's hardly balanced and i can't think of any solution to balance it. right now i'm currently at the 3rd gym [morty, ghost/psychic pokemon] and i can't beat him. so i need help building a better team! haha. my lineup consists of:

Level 21 Vulpix, Docile nature
Level 32 Chikorita, Lax nature
Level 22 Mareep, Lax nature
Level 24 Pidgeotto, Rash nature

i have 2 more spots open, and i'm open to switching anyone around/spending $ on TMs. the only thing that i won't do is evolve my chikorita & mareep [those are probably half the problems], due to the fact that i don't like their next evolutions. :/ that's really weird, i know. any help/tips would be great, i'm not looking for criticism, just some support with bettering my team. thank you♥!

I'm in kanto and have beaten all the gym leaders. I'm trying to beat red but all my pokemon are only about level 60 and i can't beat him so I need to get my pokemon to about level 70-75. Tips to escape psychic vampires?

The people I live with are TERRIBLE psychic vampires, esp. my dad. I actually physically get sick when I'm around him, sometimes dizzy or sneezing fits, sick to my stomach. That's how bad the energy is in this place.
